2. Your smart TV will search for available remotes and display them in a list.
3. Start using the voice control feature. If unsuccessful, repeat the above steps.

QA: How do I pair my smart TV stick and cube with the remote?

If you do not have an existing voice remote to pair with AMZ streaming devices (TV stick and cube), follow these steps: 1. Disconnect the power to the streaming device, wait 10 seconds, then reconnect the power. 2. Do not operate the device or press any buttons on the remote. 3. Wait for about a minute, follow the on-screen instructions, and press OK to complete pairing.

For adding another remote control, follow these steps: 1. Press the Home button, go to Settings, select CONTROLLERS & BLUETOOTH DEVICES, Voice Remotes with Alexa, and Add New Remote. 2. Start using the voice control. If unsuccessful, repeat the process.

QA: If the VOLUME+/-, MUTE, and Power buttons do not work after pairing the new remote with the TV stick or cube, follow these steps: Press the HOME button, go to SETTINGS, Equipment control, Manage Equipment, TV, and Change TV. Follow on-screen prompts to learn the functions. If issues persist, repeat the steps.

QA: If the remote needs to be re-paired with another AMZ smart TV or streaming device, reset to factory settings: Hold the Left, Back, and Menu buttons simultaneously for 20 seconds, then release. If successful, the green light will illuminate. If not, repeat the steps.
